No Returns & No Refunds Policy

All products at Chill Wild Child are made to order, especially for you. This means that once an order is placed, production begins immediately and we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Why We Don't Accept Returns

Every item is custom-produced on demand. Because each piece is made uniquely for you, we do not hold pre-made inventory. This allows us to offer a wider range of designs while minimising waste.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at chillwildchildinfo@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed. After this window, production will have already begun and cancellation will not be possible.
