These terms apply when you browse chillwildchild.com or place an order with us. Placing an order means you accept them.

1. About Us

Chill Wild Child is an independent made-to-order embroidered apparel brand based in Belgaum, Karnataka, India. GSTIN: 29COPPG5419A1ZY.

2. Products

Every product is embroidered to order. Thread colours and garment shades can differ slightly from what your screen shows.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. We accept prepaid payment through the payment options at checkout, and Cash on Delivery (COD). COD orders carry an extra charge of Rs. 100, added at checkout. We may change prices at any time without notice; the price at the time you order is the price you pay.

4. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm the details you provide are accurate. We may cancel orders in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or repeated COD refusals. You can cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it; after that, production has begun and cancellation is not possible.

5. Returns and Refunds

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds, except when a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Such claims require an uncut unboxing video and must reach us within 48 hours of delivery. Read the full Return & Refund Policy for details.

6. Shipping

Prepaid orders ship free within India. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Read the Shipping Policy for details.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, embroidery artwork, logos, photos, and content on this website belong to Chill Wild Child. Do not reproduce them without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Chill Wild Child is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Belgaum, Karnataka have jurisdiction over any dispute.
